3. Coaching Level
At this level, a leader helps team members learn new skills, overcome obstacles, and achieve breakthrough results through one-on-one coaching conversations or collective mastermind sessions.
4. Visionary Level
At this level, a leader inspires people to pursue shared dreams and passions, think big thoughts, and take bold action to create breakthrough results for themselves and others that will inspire others to do the same in organizations where people are committed 100%.
5. Transformational Level
